Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking casual Residential Support Workers to join our team in Gladstone.
You will support young people by providing safety, structure, acceptance, stability and security in our residential care homes and in the community.
A typical day includes shiftwork, engaging with young people to support them in all aspects of life, implementing care plans, reviewing goals, and helping maintain connections with families with approval from child safety services.
