We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to step into anArea Manager position, supporting our clinics inThomastown, Maribyrnong, Melton,Point Cook and Geelong.This is a hands-on leadership role designed to strengthen collaboration, consistency, and performance across clinics,while continuing to build strong, engaged teams and delivering exceptional patient care.You will work closely with each Practice Managers and clinic teams, acting as a key connection point between clinics and the wider leadership group.
THE ROLE
This is not a "head office" role,it's a visible, approachable leadership position focused on elevating people, clinics, and performance.
As an Area Manager, you will:
Providehands-on leadershipsupport to Practice Managers and clinic teams across your Cluster
Act as a keypoint of connectionbetween clinics and the wider Our Vet leadership team
Support operational consistency, problem-solving and best-practice sharing
Assistwith decision support, performanceinsightsand collaborative planning
Strengthen clinic cultureby fostering alignment,engagementand shared purpose
Continue torole-model Our Vet values,standardsand ways of working

APPLICATIONS
To be successful in this role, youshouldhave:
Proven experience as a Veterinary Business Manager or similar leadership role




5+ years' in clinic experience as a Senior Vet Nurse in small animal medicine
Experience managing clinic performance: including P&L;, rostering, and operations
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
The drive to foster a supportive and positive clinic environment
A genuine passion for developing people and improving clinic outcomes
