Downs Nursing Agency is seeking experienced Theatre Nurses to support hospitals across the Darling Downs and surrounding regions.

What you'll be doing
Assisting surgeons and other medical staff during various surgical procedures
Preparing and maintaining sterile surgical environments
Monitoring patients' vital signs and providing responsive care throughout operations
Ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and organized
Documenting patient information and procedures as required
Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
What we're looking for
Current AHPRA license
Police Check (issued within last 3 years)
Two contactable qualified referees
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a theatre or recovery room setting
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, operating room protocols and patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with surgeons and other staff
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
