TheOpportunity - Head of Campus - Rivercrest Middle Years
CREST Education is seeking an exceptional educational leader to become Head of Campus – Rivercrest Christian College, Middle Years.
This is a significant leadership opportunity overseeing one ofoursix campuses, leading the educational,pastoraland operational life of the Rivercrest Middle Years Programme campus.
Reporting directly tothe CRESTDeputy Principal – Campus Operations, the successful applicant will work collaboratively withtheir peers,staffandsenior leadership to ensure every student experiences excellence in learning,wellbeingand Christian formation.
This role requires an experienced and relational leader who is passionate about adolescent education, staff development and fostering a thriving Christian learning community within the International Baccalaureate framework.
Key Responsibilities
Provide visible and inspiring leadership of the Rivercrest Middle Years campus.
Lead the implementation ofCREST'sstrategic vision,
Christianethosand educational priorities.
Foster a culture ofhigh expectations, studentwellbeingand academic excellence.
Lead and develop teaching and professional staff through coaching,mentoringand performance development.
Ensure the effective implementation and continual improvement of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme.
Build solid partnerships with students,familiesand the wider College community.
Oversee campus operations, studentengagementand pastoral care in collaboration withCollegeleaders.
Contribute as an active member of the CREST Educationleadershipteam.
The successful candidate willdemonstrate:

Demonstrated success in a substantive middle leadership position within a school setting.
Outstanding instructional leadership with a proven ability to improve teaching, learning and student outcomes.
Exceptional leadership,communicationand relationship-building skills.
Experience leading high-performing teams and developing staff capability.
Strong organisational and strategic thinking skills.
The ability to foster a positive,collaborativeand Christ-centred culture.
