We have an exciting opportunity for an internal Claro team member to join a supportive and inclusive team.
We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located inMount Barker, SA
Each day may look a little different, butyour work will be centeredaround the following:
Person-centered planning:Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get to know them and understand goals and routines.
Complex physical care:Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan
Medical support:Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
Social time and participation:Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
Autonomy and advocacy:Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
Cultural humility:Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being

What you'll do
