The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales,



lead and inspire the team, and ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the store.
You will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging customer experience while embodying the Kate Spade Recent York brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and store profitability.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and styling experiences.
Inspire, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
Drive clientelling initiatives and foster long-term customer relationships.
Assist with roster management, workforce planning, and daily store operations.
Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the Kate Spade New York brand.
Maintain inventory accuracy, stock management, and loss prevention practices.
Create a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and accountability.
Act as the Store Manager in their absence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Sales Associate within fashion, apparel, accessories, or premium retail.
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
