Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
Has a positive, friendly and professional attitude
Is organised and has strong attention to detail
Has previousAccounts Receivable experience,



or is willing to learn
Has an understanding of customer accounts, payments, reconciliations and credit notes(preferred but not essential)
Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
Is confident using computers and learning recent systems
Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn
Has previous customer service, telesales or administration experience(preferred but not essential)
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
