Earthmoving Wearparts Sales / Parts Interpreter
Ground Breaking Solutions is a Newcastle based earthmoving wear parts and accessories supplier with customers covering the majority of the Northern part of NSW.
We mainly supply aftermarket wear parts for the Civil construction industry over a wide range of different machines, we also supply consumables and equipment for these machines.
Our small business is ready to expand and are looking for someone to grow with us.
In this position, your role will include:
Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers (Front of House)
Answer parts related inquiries from customer calls and emails.
Assisting with parts interpretation and if required the provision and purchasing parts from supplier networks
Entry level position with full training provided for sales responsibilities
Orders and quotes will be received and processed in a timely manner.
Mostly working from office, with some work requiring driving to sites for information gathering and deliveries




Occasional work on warehouse floor to assist other team members
About you.
A good communicator and wiliness to engage with customers and suppliers
General mechanical or earthmoving machine knowledge is preferred
Basic awareness of earthmoving machinery will be sufficient as training will be provided
Be able to work as part of a outstanding team helping one another to achieve great results
Self-motivated and can self time manage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
Class C Drivers licence for onsite measuring of equipment, local sales trips.
(Ability to drive a manual vehicle preferred)
