The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Case Worker for the Doorways program in Shepparton, VIC.
This permanent part time role (30.4 hours per week) focuses on compassionate, person-centred support to individuals and families facing hardship.
You will assess needs, develop tailored support plans, connect clients with services, and work with partners to promote wellbeing and independence, while reporting to the Regional Manager.
