The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, detail-orientedCommercial Plumbing Co-ordinatorto join our rapid-paced West Gosford Commercial Division.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing commercial plumbing projects from quote to completion—compiling precise quotes, tracking orders, and co-ordinating deliveries through our modern warehousing software.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuote & Order Co-ordination:Compile accurate quotes for large-scale commercial projects, processing invoices, credits, and special orders.
Logistics & Inventory:Liaise with multiple warehouses to manage stock availability and streamline delivery schedules.
Client & Supplier Relations:Build and maintain strong working relationships with builders, plumbers, suppliers, and internal sales reps.
Administrative Excellence:Ensure documentation, orders,



and customer queries are handled with high accuracy and speed.
What You'll BringStrong Organisational Skills:Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage high volume work, and meet strict deadlines.
Communication & People Skills:Great written and verbal communication with a clear focus on exceptional customer service.
Attention to Detail:Meticulous approach to paperwork, quotes, and order entry.

Industry Exposure (Highly Regarded):Prior experience in plumbing, building supplies, or construction is a definite plus, but full product training will be provided to the right person!
