We're working with an established Gold Coast mechanical contractor with strong current workload, looking to bring on a Mechanical Estimator to help price commercial HVAC/mechanical packages from concept through to tender.
If you're a mechanical estimator ready to work somewhere with real volume and a team that backs its estimating function, this is one to consider.
The role
- Price commercial HVAC/mechanical services packages from concept through to tender
- Build up quantities, plant, labour and subcontractor pricing
- Work closely with the project delivery team on take-offs and scope
- Genuine input into tender strategy and which jobs get chased
You'll bring




- Proven mechanical/HVAC estimating experience on commercial projects
- Robust take-off, quantities and rate build-up capability
- Estimating software experience (Expert Estimation, CostX or similar)
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade/industry experience

- $140k package, negotiable on experience
