You'll take ownership of a diverse property portfolio, with an initial focus on residential strata and the opportunity to scale into complex commercial and ISR claims.
Take Ownership:Manage a diverse claims portfolio to ensure proactive, fair resolutions;
Solve Complexities:Interpret intricate policy wordings and apply them to unique, real-world loss scenarios;
Lead the Process:Partner with and direct loss adjusters and service providers to ensure top-tier service delivery;
Build Relationships:Act as a trusted point of contact for brokers and insureds, providing clear and technical coverage responses;
About You

Experience:Proven background in managing property claims (end-to-end experience is highly regarded);
