You have the following qualities & qualifications:
Experience in customer service within transport, logistics, or supply chain environments
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and customer systems
Proven ability to resolve delivery, freight, and service-related escalations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management systems
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced operational environment
Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on customer outcomes
Experience coordinating with drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail and ability to meet service level requirements (SLAs)
