The Role:
As a Casual Educator, you'll enjoy the flexibility to choose when you work while making a meaningful difference in children's lives every day.
Each shift is an opportunity to play an important role in supporting children's growth, development, and wellbeing by creating engaging experiences where they feel safe, valued, and supported.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy:
Creating safe, welcoming, and nurturing environments where children feel a strong sense of belonging.
Supporting children's individual learning and development through play-based experiences and intentional teaching practices.




Building positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Demonstrating a commitment to the values, ethics, and best practices of the early childhood profession.
About You
You bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to creating meaningful experiences for every child.
You will also have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be currently studying).
Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
A strong commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and cultural safety.
An understanding of child protection and mandatory reporting obligations.
A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
