We're looking for an enthusiastic and organisedMarketing Assistantto join our small marketing team in the Yarra Valley.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideally suited to someone in theirfinal year of university or a recent graduatelooking to gain practical marketing experience while working alongside an experienced team.
You'll support the marketing team with the day-to-day tasks that keep our campaigns, stores, website and marketing activity running smoothly.
It's a varied role with exposure to lots of different areas of marketing — a great prospect to learn, build your skills and get some genuine experience on your CV.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Updating products, collections and content withinShopify
Assisting with updates and maintenance of ourcustomer database and loyalty program
Liaising with store teams to gather signage and promotional requirements
Ordering signage, point-of-sale and promotional materials
Updating and maintaining themarketing and promotional calendar
Assisting with social media content and scheduling
Helping prepare content and materials usingCanva
Assisting with the organisation and running ofphoto shoots
Providing administrative support for marketing campaigns and promotions
Assisting with project coordination, timelines and follow-ups
Preparing and updating spreadsheets, documents and presentations
General marketing administration
Helping the marketing team with other day-to-day tasks as required
About You
You don't need years of experience.
We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who isbright, organised, reliable and keen to learn.
You'll ideally:




Have a positivecan-do attitude
Be comfortable working independently once you've been shown what to do
Haveexcellent attention to detail
Be a good written and verbal communicator
Be organised and able to manage your time and priorities
Be confident usingMicrosoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Be comfortable usingCanva
Be confident with digital platforms and willing to learn new systems
Be interested in social media, eCommerce and marketing
Be happy to pitch in and help wherever needed
Experience withShopify, Canva or CRM/loyalty platformswould be an advantage, but isn't essential.
We're happy to teach the right person.
You may be studying marketing, communications, business or a related degree, have recently graduated, or simply be looking for your first opportunity to build practical marketing experience.
And if you have an interest inhorses and the equestrian industry, even better.
