Already established brand in the Australian market, with a strong top five volume potential.
This role is ideal for a hands‐on automotive leader who thrives on accountability, performance, and developing high‐performing teams within a structured sales environment.

What you'll be doing
Drive the end-to-end recent vehicle sales process
Lead vehicle, finance, and accessories performance
Maintain showroom presentation
Collaborate with service, parts and other stakeholders
What we're looking for
Proven experience in automotive sales
Strong closing capability with a process-driven mindset
Commercially astute and comfortable owning results
Solid understanding of EV and Hybrid vehicles (preferred)
Professional presentation and current Australian driver's licence
Must have current Australian work rights
