Working as part of the Operations team, you'll manage lease variations, amendments, costings and administration while ensuring customers receive accurate and timely support.

Managing novated lease variations and amendments
Preparing costings and lease calculations
Updating systems and documentation
Liaising with customers, employers, and internal teams
Ensuring accuracy across all lease changes

Must have experience within the novated leasing industry
Understanding of salary packaging, FBT, lease budgets and payroll processes
Knowledge of industry compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records
Ability to explain information clearly to customers with varying levels of understanding
Confidence working in a high-volume customer environment
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM or lease systems
