Bayside Council is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee Reception and Kiosk operations at the Aquatic Centres.
You will provide frontline leadership, ensure high quality service, and supervise Customer Service Officers across memberships, Learn to Swim, bookings and front desk duties.
This role is based at Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre with possible support at Botany Aquatic Centre.
Adaptable 35‐hour week, weekend work, and rostered shifts across 5am–11pm are required.
