Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a premium dining venue
Well presented with a personable service approach and a keen eye for detail
Full Australian working rights
Full availability, including evenings and weekends
Current QLD RSA certificate
Applicants with previous Barista and Bar experience will be highly considered
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage your own section during service with precision and warmth
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine
Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen
Support fellow waitstaff and maintain high standards of service throughout
Handle billing, payment processing and resolve any guest concerns with care
