Opal Fibre Packaging Australia is seeking a Day Shift Manager for our Bibra Lake site near Perth, WA.
You will lead production teams (7am-3pm), drive safety, quality and efficiency targets, and coordinate daily operations to meet customer requirements.
The role focuses on safety leadership, continuous improvement, and solid stakeholder engagement, with coordination of payroll and site administration where needed.
Experience in manufacturing and SAP is valued.
