About theProjectsTeam

The team is responsible for executing complex, multi-disciplinary projects on live industrial sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and without disruption to client operations, while achieving committed energy and commercial outcomes.
About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of major projects, taking ownership of financial performance, client outcomes, and on-site execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive subcontractor performance, and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality installations in complex, operational environments.
The role playsa critical part in ensuring projects achieve targeted energy savings, programme timelines, and commercial targets.
Responsibilities
Take full accountability for project delivery, including financial performance, programme, and risk management
Lead project planning, execution,
and close-out across multiple workstreams
Manage and drive subcontractor performance, commercial outcomes, and contract compliance
Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and monthly progress claims
Ensure implementation of Climatech Zero EHSQ and QA processes across all project activities
Act as the primary interface with clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations
Coordinate closely with client operations to minimise disruption to production
Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams, consultants, and site personnel
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively
Mentor and develop project and site-based teams
Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned
Qualifications
Trade or degree qualified in a relevant discipline
5+ years' experience in project delivery within industrial, mechanical, or energy-related projects
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or complex projects from start to finish
Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
Proven ability to work in live industrial environments with operational constraints
