We're looking for an exceptionalService Leaderto lead one of our largest and most vibrant services, supporting approximately80 children in Before School Care, 140 children in After School Care and 80 children during Vacation Care.
This is an prospect to lead a thriving, high-attendance service with a genuinely supportive school partnership and a young, energetic team that loves creating memorable experiences for children.
You'll also be supported by a dedicatedCo-Leader, meaning you have a true leadership partner to share ideas, solve challenges and celebrate successes with.

About the Role
As Service Leader, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, quality and success of the service.
This is much more than a roster and compliance role.
It's an opportunity to lead a talented team, build strong relationships with families and the school community, and create a service that children are excited to attend each day.
You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life, foster a sense of belonging and create experiences that spark curiosity, creativity and wonder.
Supported by a dedicated Co-Leader, you'll balance leadership, mentoring and operational responsibilities while remaining connected to what matters most, the children and families you serve.
Leading the day-to-day operations of the service
Inspiring, coaching and developing a team of passionate educators
Creating engaging, child-led experiences across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care
Building strong partnerships with children, families and the school community
Ensuring high-quality care and educational outcomes
Driving service quality, compliance and continuous improvement
Fostering a positive, inclusive and child-safe culture
Creating a place where children feel they belong and educators love to work
About You
You're the kind of leader who brings energy into a room, sees possibilities where others see problems, and understands that the most memorable childhood experiences often start with a simple invitation to play.
You know that quality OSHC is about more than supervision.
It's about creating a place where children feel safe, connected, confident and excited to be.
You're a relationship-builder, a coach, a problem solver and someone who loves seeing both children and educators grow.
You'll bring:
A Diploma in Children's Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent




Previous leadership experience in OSHC, education, early childhood, community or youth-focused settings
Strong people leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop others
A genuine passion for creating engaging experiences that spark curiosity, creativity and wonder
Exceptional relationship-building skills with children, families, schools and teams
A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and quality outcomes
A hands-on, positive approach to leadership
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, or willingness to obtain
