Cobar Shire Council is seeking a Biosecurity Officer to coordinate council biosecurity programs and initiatives, mitigating risks from pests, disease and weeds.
You will advise council staff, landholders, industry representatives and the wider community to promote best practices.
The role is full time with a nine-day fortnight and negotiable hours.
Salary is banded up to Band 2 Level 3, with superannuation and subsidised housing, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
