Are you an organised, people-focused administrator who thrives in a busy workplace and loves helping others?
We're looking for a Nurse Team Administrator to join our supportive clinic team in the Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Surgery.
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, in this role, you'll be at the heart of our patient journey, helping coordinate appointments, supporting our nursing team, and ensuring every patient receives a positive and compassionate experience whether over the phone or behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Nurse Team Leader, you'll play a key role in keeping the nursing team running smoothly by:
Managing patient bookings and appointment schedules
Responding to patient enquiries via phone and email
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Providing administrative support to the Nursing Team
Preparing treatment rooms and clinic spaces as required
Scanning, filing and managing confidential records
Supporting clinic operations with a variety of administration tasks
Delivering a warm, professional and patient-centred experience at every interaction
What we're looking for
You are organised, adaptable and take pride in providing exceptional service.
You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and patient care.
To be successful, you will bring:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a healthcare, medical or allied health environment
An understanding of medical terminology (highly regarded)
Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and remain organised in a busy environment
Strong communication skills and a professional, caring approach
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes (experience with Genie is advantageous)
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the broader team
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient service
