About the Roles
Depending on your level and experience, you will:
Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards
Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentation
Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture
Qualifications
About You
Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles)
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment (preferred)
A strong work ethic with a passion for fresh, high-quality food
Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
