You'll oversee 80+ machines, drive preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable operations across the site near Mackay.
You will mentor the maintenance crew, champion a safety-first culture, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet targets and budgets.
The role is permanent full time with an on-site roster and company vehicle.
