About the Role
As our Estimator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and profitability of our projects by preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
This is afull-timeposition based in our office inBuddina, QLD ****.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate Estimating:Develop accurate cost estimates for glass and metal projects, considering labour, materials, and equipment.
Tender Preparation:Craft compelling tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and pricing schedules.
Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Collaboration:Work closely with project managers, overseas subcontractors, engineers to ensure project success.
About You




Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on metal fabrication.
Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and labour costs
Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
