This is not your typical Executive Assistant role.
Kandeal Projects is a leading off-plan property project marketing aggregator, representing an impressive portfolio of 38+ residential projects across Australia and New Zealand.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an exceptionalExecutive Operations Assistant to the Managing Directorwho wants to become an integral part of a fast-growing property business.
Working directly alongside our Managing Director, who brings35 years of international property sales and project marketing experience, you will gain exposure to virtually every area of the business from executive operations and property marketing to sales, business development, developer relationships and major project launches.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow with the business and potentially progress into a senior management position.

By working across an extensive portfolio of residential developments across Australia and New Zealand You'll gain valuable exposure to developers, property marketing campaigns, investment sales, project launches and the complete lifecycle of residential project marketing.
No two days will be the same.
One day you may be coordinating an executive meeting or preparing a developer presentation.
The next you could be assisting with a property launch, coordinating a marketing campaign, supporting the sales team or helping organise an investor seminar.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will become a key point of coordination across the business.
You will work closely with our Marketing Executive, sales team, developers, consultants, clients and external suppliers to ensure projects, campaigns and day-to-day business activities move forward efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level executive and operational support to the Managing Director.
Managing a busy executive diary, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
Coordinating priorities, actions and follow-ups on behalf of the Managing Director.
Assisting with marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and print.
Preparing high-quality sales presentations, proposals, reports and project marketing material.
Supporting the sales team with administration and reporting.
Preparing contracts, documentation and professional client correspondence.
Liaising with property developers, consultants, clients, agencies and suppliers.
Coordinating property seminars, project launches, presentations and corporate events.
Assisting with new business opportunities and business development initiatives including a large network of business partners.
Maintaining databases, reports, executive presentations and business records.
Monitoring important deadlines and ensuring key actions are followed through.
Supporting strategic projects and new initiatives as the business continues to expand.
Helping ensure the office and broader business operate efficiently and professionally.
ABOUT YOU
You are highly organised, proactive and naturally take ownership.
You're the type of person who doesn't just identify a problem — you find the solution.
You enjoy being busy,
can manage competing priorities and understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail when working directly with senior management.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Operations Assistant, Sales Administrator or similar senior support role.
Experience within property, real estate, project marketing or professional services is highly regarded.
An understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, professional work.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Confidence communicating with senior executives, developers, clients and external stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
Professional presentation and discretion when handling confidential information.
A positive, energetic attitude and genuine desire to contribute to the growth of the business.
Most importantly, you will bereliable, accountable and always thinking one step ahead.
REMUNERATION
REMUNERATION – BASE SALARY + HIGH-PERFORMANCE BONUSES$200K+ EARNING POTENTIAL
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role or remuneration structure.
It has been designed for an ambitious, commercially minded individual who wants their earnings to be directly linked to their contribution and the success of the business.
The position offers a base salary of$60,000–$75,000 per annum, depending on experience and capability, together with a highly rewarding performance-based bonus structure that provides you the opportunity to earn in excess of$180,000 - $220,000 per annumthis is significantly higher than the earning potential of many traditional Executive Assistant positions.
