Culinary Pulse Pty Ltd FullTime Chef Are you passionate in food, loves to experiment and create something new in the kitchen?
Join our team to meet with like-minded individuals like you.
You will be a part of kitchen brigade specialising in Contemporary Australian food.
Day to day responsibilities: Prepare and present high quality dishes Develop new and innovative recipes Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage kitchen staff and provide training and guidance Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes Collaborate with management on menu planning and development Monitor food costs and control waste Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment The right candidate needs to: Possess relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or higher.
Have minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.
Be able to develop menu according to seasonal ingredients and have experience in grilling both meat and seafood.




Be able to work evenings, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays up to 12am.
Have strong personal hygiene.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
