Role Overview
We are seeking a Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) in the Department of Management with expertise in Employment Relations / Future of Work, based at Caulfield campus.
Responsibilities include maintaining an active research profile, publishing in top‐tier journals, and delivering high‐quality teaching to diverse undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts.
Key Responsibilities
Produce original research leading to publications in refereed top‐tier journals (ABDC A/A*).
Develop and deliver high‐quality teaching to large, culturally diverse cohorts.
Supervise PhD students and lead research projects.
Contribute to the Department's educational, research, and administrative activities.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Track record of publication in top‐tier journals and commitment to impactful research.
For senior candidates: success in leading research projects, securing external funding, supervising postgraduate students.
Proven record of high‐quality teaching and curriculum development.
