You will support, develop, and mentor the team to deliver a high-quality referral service to people accessing the Orange Door for support.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, provide clinical supervision, and oversee budget and resources to ensure effective delivery and robust cross-agency collaboration.
