Are you an experiencedTravel Manager or Senior Travel Consultantlooking for an exciting short-term contract?
We're looking for a confident travel professional to join a busy team and manage thegroup travel arrangements for a major incentive event taking place in late October ****.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be coordinating a high volume of travel arrangements, managing changes and amendments, liaising with airlines and ensuring every traveler receives exceptional service from booking through to departure.
THE ROLE
Coordinate flights and travel arrangements for a large incentive group
Manage bookings, amendments, changes and traveler enquiries
Liaise directly with airline group departments
Handle a high volume of calls and emails in the lead-up to the event
Provide accurate, responsive and professional customer service




Work closely with the wider team to ensure travel arrangements run smoothly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong travel consulting or travel management experience
Previous experience managinglarge group travelhighly regarded
Experience working withVirgin Australia, Qantas and Jetstar Groups Departmentpreferred
GDS experience advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Available to work in the office a minimum of3 days per week
