We are growing ourHorticultural Divisionand are seekingexperienced Horticulturists and Skilled Gardenerswho share our commitment to excellence and are ready to roll up their sleeves in high-end residential gardens across Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Beaches.
The role
Work in small, supported teams (2–3 people) on a diverse portfolio of established, beautifully designed gardens.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Planting and garden establishment
Pruning, shaping, and detailed horticultural care
Lawn care, fertilising, and soil management
Pest and disease identification and treatment
General garden maintenance with a strong focus onquality and attention to detail
About you
We are looking for people who take pride in their craft, show initiative, and consistently deliver high standards.
Ideally, you have:




Certificate III in Horticulture or 1–2 years of hands-on industry experience
Strong plant knowledge, including pests and diseases
Confidence using tools and equipment (including ladders)
Moderate physical fitness for outdoor and ladder work
Current driver's licence (own vehicle preferred)
A reliable, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Enjoyment of outdoor work in all weather
Sponsorship is available for the right candidate with appropriate work rights
