Your Opportunity
As aBusiness Development Consultantin our
Workforce Australiaprogram,
you'll be the face of CVGT in your community - building strong employer and partner relationships to create real job opportunities.
Using your understanding of local labour market needs, you'll champion participants - selling their capability, challenging perceptions, and opening doors to meaningful, sustainable employment.
Success in this role comes from your ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and stay resilient in the face of resistance.
Key Responsibilities:




Actively prospect and engage employers to identify workforce needs and create job opportunities.
Present candidates in a compelling way, aligning their strengths with business needs.
Use reverse marketing and targeted strategies to turn conversations into job placements.
Deliver against KPIs linked to employer engagement and employment outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with program requirements to support high-quality, contract-aligned outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in sales, business development, recruitment or employer engagement, with a strong ability to build employer partnerships.
Excellent influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, creating sustainable employment opportunities.
Ability to identify and act on labour market opportunities to achieve employment outcomes.
Results-driven and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
Highly proficient across a wide range of digital tools and adept at navigating multiple systems efficiently.
Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to travel locally, obtain a National Police Check and Working withChildren
Check (NSW).
