Brief overview of this role:
The Product Design Manager is a hybrid ownership role responsible for product outcomes end-to-end - from early concept and UX exploration through to delivery, release, and production performance.
At Sitemate, Product Design Managers combine UX/UI design expertise with product ownership and delivery management.
You'll work in small, high-trust teams alongside engineers to define problems, design solutions, shape requirements, plan delivery, and take responsibility for what ships - including how it performs once live.
Design, product, and delivery are not separate disciplines here; they are one integrated role.

Remuneration (Including Super): AUD $60,000 - $150,000 pending your experience
