About the Role
RKL Lawyers & Consultants is seeking a motivated and personable Lawyer with experience across commercial, property and/or estates law, with a minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to broaden their experience across a diverse range of matters while working closely with clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role offers hands-on responsibility, autonomy over files and exposure to commercial, property, wills and estates,and general practice matters.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review and advise on commercial and retail leases,



including negotiations, renewals and variations
Assist with business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and other commercial transactions
Prepare wills, powers of attorney and estate planning documents
Assist with estate administration and probate matters
Work on general commercial disputes, debt recovery and litigation matters
Maintain carriage of files from commencement through to completion
Liaise effectively with clients, agents, barristers and other stakeholders
Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in commercial, property and/or estate's law
Experience in wills and estates, conveyancing and litigation matters will be highly regarded
Strong drafting, file management and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
