Job Description
We're looking for astrong, versatile Senior Lead Developertobuild and enhance up-to-date applications across the full technology stack.
Thisrole needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,andpractical cloud exposure, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, refactor, and maintainend‐to‐endapplications(backend, frontend, integrations).
Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leadersonuser stories, design,



documentation, and testing.
Implement high‐quality, maintainable solutionsusing agreedengineering standards and design patterns.
Write and maintainunit tests; participatein and leadcode reviews.
Contribute toCI/CD pipelines, developertooling, and automation.
Work with containerised and cloud‐hostedapplications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Pythonfor application and systems development – strongworking experience (7+ years preferred)
Docker,Git
Terraform
Build, packaging, and release processes
Practical exposure toAWSor similar cloudplatforms
CI/CD pipelines(Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)
Understanding of:
Cloud‐hosted architectures
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
Nice to Have
Exposure toAI‐assisted/agentic developertools(e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
