Your new role
As a Product Designer (12‐month maximum term contract), you'll design and deliver high-quality, user‐centred digital experiences across key member journeys.
You'll take ownership of features and projects, translating business requirements into intuitive, build‐ready solutions while working closely with Product and Engineering.
With a strong focus on execution, you'll contribute to improving design quality, consistency, and accessibility across the Fund.
In this role, you'll:
Own the design and delivery of features or projects within defined problem spaces
Translate requirements and problem statements into clear, user-centred design solutions
Produce high-quality outputs including user flows, wireframes and build‐ready UI designs
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver feasible solutions
Apply and contribute to design systems, standards and accessibility requirements
Conduct research, testing and iteration to continuously improve design outcomes
What you'll need:
Experience in product design, UX and UI within digital environments
Strong execution skills and ability to deliver build-ready design solutions
Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product Managers and Engineers
Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards and user-centred design
Experience supporting research activities such as usability testing and concept validation
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
