THE ROLE
Design and propose comprehensive yet balanced group tour itineraries that meet clients' criteria and budget
Assist overseas agents' queries via email, system messages and phone calls
Respond to agents in a timely manner
Go above and beyond to make each excursion perfect and memorable
THE MUST HAVES
Minimum 1-2 year inbound/domestic tourism experience
Previous groups consulting experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
