Law Transport is seeking a hands-on Yard Leader to turn the Operations Supervisor's plan into safe, ready-to-go trucks, trailers and loads.
You will preload trailers, organise the yard and manage day-to-day trailer and equipment readiness.
You will onboard and train new drivers on yard standards, load restraint and depot procedures, while running trailer audits and maintaining a secure, efficient depot.
This is a genuine leadership role with a strong hands-on element.
