We currently have an exciting opportunity for anAssistant Driver Trainer & Assessorto join our team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Driver Trainer, this permanent position is primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Some after-hours work may be required from time to time.
The successful applicant will assist with driver training, assessments, compliance management, and the development and maintenance of training documentation and records.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Certificate IV in Heavy Vehicle Driving Instruction, or relevant industry experience that would enable you to obtain this qualification
Sound knowledge and experience in compliance and risk management processes
Solid understanding of heavy vehicle operations and driver competency requirements




Knowledge of the National Heavy Vehicle Law (NHVL)

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administrative and computer skills
Confidence using smartphones and mobile applications
Ability to troubleshoot issues across various digital platforms
Effective time management and organisational skills
Experience scheduling and reporting on training and assessments
Ability to develop and maintain training and assessment documentation

Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
