Queensland Health's Cairns Hospital Pharmacy Service is seeking staff to support medication safety and continuity of care for patients within the CoMRADE-CTG team.
Work under pharmacist supervision to provide a defined range of pharmacy services and liaise with hospital and community health providers.
You will contribute to preventing readmission and improving medication safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, in a culturally responsive model.
