About the Role
An exciting chance is available for an experiencedIT Network & Systems Administratorto join a growing global technology organisation based in Bella Vista.
This is a hands-on role responsible for managing, supporting and optimising a broad technology environment spanningMicrosoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, DevOps, NetSuite, FortiGate, SQL, proprietary applications and hardware.
You'll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, security and performance of the organisation's IT environment while providing high-quality technical support to internal users.
The role will also contribute to infrastructure, development, integration and technology improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot corporateLAN, WAN, wireless, firewalls and VPNenvironments.
Administer and supportMicrosoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra IDenvironments.
Manage hybrid Active Directory and cloud-based infrastructure.
Support hosted servers, application provisioning and critical infrastructure.
Provide hands‐on technical support to internal staff.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding, permissions, certificates and access controls.
Administer backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
Provision new services, systems and technology policies.
Monitor infrastructure performance, security and environmental systems.




Identify technology risks and implement appropriate security controls.
Support cybersecurity initiatives including penetration testing and threat monitoring.
Manage and validate development requests throughDevOps.
Maintain technical documentation, version control and Statements of Work.
Support and administer business‐critical applications, includingNetSuite ERP.
Work with internal teams on development, integration and infrastructure projects.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and technically capable Systems Administrator who enjoys working across a broad technology landscape.
You will ideally have:
5+ years' experiencein a Systems Administrator or similar infrastructure role.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Hands‐on experience withAzure and Entra ID.
Strong understanding of cloud security,MFA, RBAC and identity management.
Experience with network administration, firewalls, VPNs and security technologies.
Experience working withDevOps tools and server environments.
Working knowledge ofNetSuite CRM/ERP administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving capabilities.
Experience supporting both on‐premises and cloud infrastructure.




Ability to automate processes usingPowerShell, Python, APIs, JavaScriptor similar technologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
Experience managing proprietary and third‐party business applications.
Desirable Experience
The following would be highly regarded:
SQL and database administration/reporting experience.
Experience withCrystal Reportsor similar reporting platforms.
Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, NetSuite or DevOps certifications.
Experience working across hybrid infrastructure environments.
Experience supporting integrations between business applications.
Exposure to cybersecurity, penetration testing and security compliance initiatives.
