About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a vital role in delivering a professional and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone
Managing customer inquiries via phone and email




Processing personal loan applications accurately and efficiently
Providing product knowledge and support to clients
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
