The Role
Assisting Claims team in providing best possible customer service
Complaints resolution handling
Scheduling meetings and assist with reporting.
Handle and maintain documentation
Handle general enquiries
Competitive hourly rate
Full time in the CBD office
Ideal Candidates
6-12 months experience in insurance is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
