We are seeking aJunior Admin Assistant/Receptionistto join the team at Bliss Commercial in Virginia, QLD ****.
This is afull-time positionthat offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in administration and office support.
As a Junior Admin Assistant/Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, managing front-of-house operations while providing essential administrative support to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role is fundamental to maintaining a professional and organised workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanour and manage visitor sign-in procedures
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members
Manage reception area to maintain a clean, welcoming and organised environment
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning and document management
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior staff members
Process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Provide support with data entry and process orders for wholesale
Help production managers with printing job production sheets
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and service providers
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Relevant qualification in administration, business or office management (preferred)
Previous reception or administrative experience (preferred)
