Sparky Stock is a growing Australian online electrical retailer focused on making it easier for customers to purchase quality electrical products online.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for a capable and solutions-focusedSystem Integrations Managerto take ownership of the systems that connect our online store, inventory, orders, suppliers, freight, customer service and business operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, automating processes and making different platforms work seamlessly together.
The Role
AsSystem Integrations Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the technology integrations that keep Sparky Stock running efficiently.
You'll work across our e-commerce platform and third-party systems to identify opportunities for automation, eliminate manual processes and ensure accurate information flows between platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain integrations between our e-commerce platform and third-party systems
Develop and implement automated workflows across orders, inventory, fulfilment and customer service
Integrate supplier product, pricing and stock data
Manage API connections, webhooks and data synchronisation
Connect shipping,



freight and fulfilment platforms with our online store
Monitor integrations and troubleshoot errors or failed processes
Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop automation solutions
Improve the flow of customer, product, inventory and order information between systems
Work with external software providers and developers where required
Test and document new integrations before deployment
Maintain system security, reliability and data integrity
Assist with the implementation of new platforms and technology
Continuously review our technology stack and recommend improvements
Develop scalable systems capable of supporting continued business growth
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture while still being comfortable getting into the technical details.
You'll ideally have experience with some combination of:
E-commerce platforms and online retail systems
APIs, REST APIs and webhooks
System and application integrations
Workflow automation
Inventory and order management systems
ERP, CRM or accounting integrations
Shipping and freight platforms
Product information and supplier data feeds
JSON, CSV, XML or similar data formats




Integration platforms and automation tools
Troubleshooting data and synchronisation issues
Basic scripting or development knowledge
Technical documentation and process mapping
You don't necessarily need to be a full time software developer.
We're particularly interested in someone who understandshow systems connect, how data moves between them and how technology can make a business operate more efficiently.
