Opportunity to work within a supportive legal team in the CBD
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-regarded government legal team on a temporary contract.
Working closely with a fabulous team of lawyers, you will assist with a range of conveyancing and property matters, managing files from commencement through to completion.
Key responsibilities
Residential conveyancing and property transactions
Preparing and lodging Land Titles documentation
Drafting contracts, correspondence and legal documents
Managing searches, settlements and file administration
Assisting with probate applications
Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
About you
Previous conveyancing experience is essential
Experience using PEXA is also essential
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
Please note that this role is full-time hours - no part time options will be considered.
