Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Production Team Leader at the Toowoomba site. You will lead a diverse team forming part of our food packaging production (beef jerky, dog foods) while supporting employees with disabilities to achieve employment goals.
Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–4pm, permanent full time, working closely with site operations and external clients. You will mentor staff, ensure WHS compliance, and drive quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
