About You
We're interested in speaking with chefs who possess:
Proven experience in authentic Cantonese or Chinese cuisine.
Strong knowledge of traditional techniques, premium ingredients and handmade dumplings.
Experience within premium restaurants, luxury hotels or hatted/michelin star dining establishments.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
A calm, organised and hands‐on management style.
Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
